I just left Flame Urban Spa feeling absolutely delighted! Abi worked her magic on my hair and the result was beautiful. 🤍 At first, I was a little nervous since I’ve just moved to England and didn’t know what to expect, but Abi made me feel completely at ease. She was so friendly and warm that I ended up chatting with her the whole time. I walked out not only loving my hair but also with a big smile on my face. I've been going to Flame for over 5 years now and I've loved it every time. Everyone who works there is really lovely and they always make me feel heard and appreciated (this means alot to me in particular because I struggle with social interaction and social cues) every time I enter the front door I'm greeted like a good friend and not just a customer whether I'm there to have a massage or a hair cut and colour. I feel incredibly lucky to live nearby and that all of the staff there are great at what they do and they don't cost an arm and a leg either!! Would 100% recommend ^_^

I’ve been twice now and really happy with my hair colour & cut every time. Would DEF recommend Dan, who not only made my hair absolutely gorgeous today, but also proved to be a worthy conversational companion - genuine and pretty funny, in my honest opinion. Overall the salon is clean, well managed, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable and comes with its very own parking lot. Plus my hair looks amazing and I even got an aftercare info sheet and sample sized products. 👍🏻🌟
